This area of law is evolving with the Renter’s Rights Bill 2025 working its way through Parliament before it becomes a law.
We have extensive experience acting for landlords and advising on obtaining possession of residential property let under a Periodic Tenancy. We can deal with the service of notices, the issuing of court proceedings and the enforcement of any possession order. If your matter relates to the repair or state of condition of a residential property we can also deal with such disputes.
With the introduction of Civil Penalties for breaches of the Renter’s Rights Bill 2025 our specialist team will be advising on regulatory breaches and defending/mitigating such claims
